  • Stall booking, exhibitor participation, sponsorship, and related services are governed by separate Exhibitor / Stall Booking Terms, Sponsorship Agreements, or written communications.
  • In case of any conflict between these Website Terms and any specific agreement signed with exhibitors or sponsors, the terms of the specific agreement will prevail.

5. No Online Payments via Website
Currently, www.waterexpo.in does not collect any online payments directly through the Website.

  • Any payment-related communication, if applicable, will be made through official channels such as email, WhatsApp, bank details shared by our team, or official documents.
  • Visitors and exhibitors are advised to verify payment details only with our official contacts mentioned on the Contact page.
We are not responsible for any payments made to unauthorised persons or channels.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

  • We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
